Manage your plan

Reply to any email from us, or use our contact form, and we’ll cancel or pause your plan the same working day. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing more is taken.

Pause instead of leaving

You can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months, free. We still run a light check each month, and remind you 7 days before your plan restarts. Just ask, as above.

When you leave, you keep every change we made. The full rules are in our terms.
